Tyler is a professional through and through, and even though he has a huge case load, he always found the time to communicate with me even on short notice. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this law firm. The legal assistant exhibited unprofessional behavior, and my inquiries were consistently dismissed with instructions to seek legal advice elsewhere,which is perplexing given that I was already at a law office. The attitude of the legal assistant was particularly concerning, and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Due to the lack of communication and assistance, I am now facing significant challenges in pursuing child support from an unfit parent. This law firm's failure to provide proper guidance and support has left me in a difficult position. I STRONGLY advise others to consider alternative law firms, as this one appears more interested in financial gain than in providing serious support, their lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, and I believe their practice should be reviewed for potential license revocation.

I did not have a positive experience with Tyler Rounds. He came highly recommended and I felt very good about him when I hired him. As we started he seemed level headed and I appreciated his responses to me. My ex-husbands attorney can be very difficulty and things can get ugly, and perhaps too much of that wore on him. Tyler became very unresponsive to me and my case and even no-showed an apt we scheduled. When I asked him about it he seemed to shirk it off. He then started missing important details in my case and acting without consulting me. When I addressed this with him (very near settlement) he got upset and told me he would no longer represent me. It seemed to me to be very out of the blue. None-the-less, his actions left me in a very vulnerable position as my ex-husband and his attorney is very aggressive. Tyler did end up taking those last months of billing off my invoice, which I am thankful for. I found a very good lawyer to represent me and she ended up getting me things that Tyler said was not even possible, so in the end his quitting was advantageous for me. If you are considering hiring Tyler I would just be cautious and discerning. My experience proved that there are better lawyers out there.
