Treece & Treece

Tom Treece is an excellent attorney. I asked everyone I met that had gone through a divorce if they liked their attorney and who did their ex use for an attorney. Everyone that Tom helped really liked him. Those that didn't use him but went into a divorce with Tom representing their now ex said he was fair. The judges all know and respect him. He's in Jax and represented me in Clay before a judge who had a reputation for treating women with disdain and I did not have that experience with Tom at my side. Highly Recommend

Mr. & Mrs. Treece are exceptional attorneys!! They and their staff worked extremely hard to help my father-in-law through a very tumultuous divorce. They are very experienced and knowledgeable in multiple areas of family law and handled multiple issues that came up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

-5 stars actually. My deceased fathers wife turned in an old will to the law firm. The law firm called her and told her that "the kids" called and threatened to sue her. When actually, the call was a simple inquiry to the process since we have never dealt with this before. In theory, it sounds like the law firm knew she turned in an outdated will or one that they should not have honored because the way they handled this was very one-sided and poorly orchestrated on their part. She claims to have a recording from the attorneys office of our phone call. But, or course, no one can provide it. And isn't it illegal to record a conversation without disclosing it's being recorded? Just a thought. And that they told her that we threatened to sue her and all kinds of other lies. She attacked us with these accusations and lies she was told by Treece's office. When, in fact, the call was a simple inquiry that we could have made to any attorney and asked what the process was. Because that was just how simple the call was. She has since decided by that false information that Treece's office gave her, and the drama that they created, to "divorce" our family. She sold off all my dad's things and ran out of town. She has been spreading all kinds of lies and rumors about our family. And it all started with Treece's office calling her and telling her lies and creating a wedge between her and the rest of the family. Sad that money makes people do awful things to others, even family. But even sadder that an attorney would intentionally create a wedge and discord within a family. Stay away from this office. They will ruin your family and your memories of the deceased.

I was so glad that a friend of mine referred me to this office. I would highly recommend Tom and Debra Treece. I never expected the true compassion they displayed throughout this difficult time in my life. They both have the expertise and knowledge to address any of my concerns especially when it came to my children an their future. Thank you for all you did.
