Trygstad, Schwab & Trygstad

5 stars is a MAJOR understatement. This law firm means business and business is what they mean. I retained Trygstad, Schwab and Trygstad in 2020 for a discrimination/harassment case against a school district. Shanon Trygstad was the lead attorney on my case along with Daniel Kolodjiez, and they successfully litigated my case to a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. You will not find a law firm that is more knowledgeable about employment law or the complexities and nuances of large organizations such as school districts, or a law firm that is better skilled at out-maneuvering legal opponents. Their legal strategy is impressive and well-honed. The best way I can put it is that when you hire this law firm, they understand how to play the long game to win; the opposition will be playing checkers while Trygstad, Schwab and Trygstad plays chess from day one. If I could give ten stars, I would. Educators need to know that if the school district comes after you, you will need an advocate and you will need someone with a deep understanding of educational law and your rights. That someone is Daniel Kolodziej of Trygstad Schwab & Tyrgstad. I had a Special Education situation that needed someone’s expertise that was versed in Sped/Education law and proceedings with the CTC.
