I contacted Tully Rinckey for a personal issue. I had one of the nicest and down to earth lawyer(Nancy Nissen)contact me. My time spent with Nancy was enjoyable and also a learning experience. I can’t say enough about my experience with Nancy, you all at Tully Rinckey have a wonderful lawyer working for you. I'm very disappointed with your overall service . After I paid an initial 150 for a phone consultation, I found out the lawyer I spoke to couldn't even represent my daughter because she did not work in my area which we were not told until after. Then when I questioned it , they wanted me to pay for another consultation for another lawyer . I declined . Then someone I spoke to again told us that they would connect me to a lawyer that would be working with us so I decided to pay the 4000 retainer fee because no body would talk to us unless I paid them first. We have three cases in one going on with .y daughter from a very abusive relationship and my family is in a crisis right now and needed someone to help. The lawyer had called us and started right away trying to get us to fire our other attorneys I already paid. I have emailed your office for a refund if the 4000 I paid and I received no answer. We do not need this kind of service at a time like this .I only left one star or it wouldn't let me post.

It was a pleasure working with Nancy Nissen at Tully Rinckey. She was at all times responsive and professional, guiding me through an extremely difficult time with clarity and expertise. Should I ever require such counsel again, I will immediately turn to Nancy.
