When I first met with Pete Stack, he presented himself as a strong, aggressive advocate who would fight for my interests. On the day of mediation, I initially felt confident having him there. However, as the session progressed, it became clear he was unprepared and had done little to set me up for success. Throughout the process, he allowed opposing counsel to dominate the conversation without effective pushback. When I faced difficult, time-sensitive decisions in a highly stressful situation, he offered no clear guidance or professional opinion to help me navigate them. In some instances, when opposing counsel presented information, he seemed unaware of the details being discussed. Given the significant legal fees I paid, I left feeling extremely let down.
