I had an excellent experience. The people there were very nice and they make you feel super secure during the whole journey.

My recent I-130 interview at this USCIS location was a positive experience. The office was easily accessible on the third floor via elevator. Arriving 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment was appropriate. Staff were friendly and professional.

I was stressed before going, the security at the door was welcoming and helpful. Chris helped me around 10am. She listened to me patiently. She is truly an amazing person and friendly. Plus, we had a short conversation with a lady from biometrics in the elevator. She was really nice and positive energy. They made my day

We went to this USCIS government office today, the staff here is very good, they work very well! Today we had a biometric appointment at 1:00 o'clock but I reached there at 12:30 and they did our work at 12:30 itself, it was a very fast process and they talked to us very nicely, there was no problem, thank you USCIS and all the staff thank you so much !!

Had a 2 PM appointment. When I got there, we were the only two people in a waiting room of over 30 seats. Was in and out of an interview in less than 10 minutes and Received a verbal approval right away. The officer was very personable and made us feel comfortable.
