De antemano agradezco a uscis por estar procesando mi caso siempre que he ido todo ha sido muy placentero,ahora espero por la decisión final de mi caso y espero que sea lo antes posible ya estoy perdiendo la validez de mi autorización de empleo agradezco de antemano que lo antes posible deje mi reseña final gracias y valoro su buen trabajo 👍

Mi experiencia en la oficinas de Reno ha sido muy buena. Los empleados del lugar muy profesionales. Gracias por su atención.

I arrived at the office at approximately 8:30 AM for my 9:15 AM appointment. Before entering the interview area, I briefly used the restroom. Around 9AM, the interviewing officer came out and immediately told me I was late. Despite my explanation that I had arrived early and was permitted by the security guard to use the restroom, the officer continued to insist I was late and didn’t let me to finish what I’m saying and instructed me to follow her without a greeting or acknowledgment of my appointment time. During the interview, the officer asked me to raise my right hand to take the oath. After I sat down and answered questions about the form, she asked again whether I had taken the oath. When I replied yes, she instructed me to stand up and repeat the oath. I complied. I successfully passed the civics, reading, and writing portions of the test. However, the tone and conduct of the interview remained tense. The officer questioned me about my prior marriage, personal information to which I responded honestly: I had been married once and divorced due to cultural differences and incompatibility. When asked for proof of incompatibility, I explained that my attorney had submitted the divorce decree and supporting documentation. At one point, the officer questioned why I filed the I-751 if I was already divorced. I explained that I filed it after the divorce. She repeatedly insisted that I did not, until she eventually reviewed the documents and acknowledged that the divorce decree had indeed been submitted. At that point, I became emotional and started crying. I said, "I’m sorry for getting emotional. I’ve been here since 2018, and we’ve worked so hard and spent so much money on court orders, attorneys, everything and now you’re telling me it’s not enough." Only then did her tone soften. She responded, "I’m sorry. I’ll see what I can do I’ll speak to an attorney and an officer to see what they decide but I gotta go coz I have another person to interview okay bye!" While I appreciated her shift in tone, the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and discouraged. As a lawful applicant who has followed every step of the process and provided extensive documentation, I expected to be treated with fairness and professionalism. When I got home and receive notify from uscis I found out that they’re requesting more evidence from me, even I bring all my documents and tried to show it to the lady officer that she seems she doesn’t care at all. Im looking forward to this interview but leave me traumatize experience. I forget the lady officer name.

Those officers are super nice and so politely

Oh my goodness, the staff were so warm and courteous. The officers out front as well as the staff who do the processing.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Travis one of the immigration officers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and is an outstanding person. My wife and I will always remember how great of an individual Travis was to us, thank you Travis!
