What an absolute joke and waste of time. Utah Legal Services refuses to help cease the rampant disability discrimination and FHA violations that occur in UT. Too afraid of the monopolistic landlord attorney and his ways to actually help the disabled tenants in our state. "Resources" offered were things I had already tried with no success, literally all of them. Quit wasting peoples’ energy and just be honest that you’re cowards or have a conflict of interest (at least UALD was rather blatant/open about theirs).

You must be homeless to get help here! make $52,000 a year, but I have my disabled son and husband to take care of now and The American healthcare system takes all of that from me. The American Justice and healthcare system is so broken

Never returns calls and impossible to get ahold of.

I was given very good, informative advice, and I felt better about learning my rights as a resident of my home, trying to be evicted since my dear, beloved father, whom I was the sole caregiver to round the clock, 24-7. This service is great if you want to understand what you most likely already understand. These are paralegals, or similar that explain your options to you. My experience was a bit frustrating as she did not speak fluent English and did not seem to listen very well, then repeated irrelevant already shared information tk me that was not of importance the first time she shared it with me.

They won’t help me because I’m a father. It’s more difficult to help a father than it is a mother. It is increasingly difficult to have rights as a father.
