Be honest, times come and when you expect them to work, they do. When you dont expect them to work, they do. When you think they arent working, you're probably right, few times I wish they would've been more of a shark, but they are working. Overall, Cassandra is a boss and Tom, like a fine wine, overtime will get better or surprise you. Highly recommend if you're like me and going through it (divorce, trial, etc). Highly recommended!!!

My experience with Al Willett was extremely negative. In my case, he did not read or follow court orders, which caused serious concerns about his attention to detail and competence. I also found him to be dishonest in his communications with me, which completely undermined my trust as a client. Based on my experience, he demonstrated a poor understanding of basic law and court procedure, and I frequently had to question or correct actions that should have been routine for an attorney. Overall, I felt inadequately represented and would not recommend his services to anyone seeking competent and reliable legal representation.

I had an excellent experience working with Tom at Viner law firm. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the legal process and made sure I felt informed and confident throughout. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and genuine care for my case. Tom was not only skilled and strategic but also compassionate and approachable, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Extremely unprofessional. All of it. Tom and Cassandra. Would send unprofessional letters. Show up late to court, still getting dressed and putting belt on. Answer calls on the phone number he has listed on his letterhead and say "spending time with family "and hang up. Why put that number down if you're not going to work on that phone line? Why answer if you're "busy"?

Comes recommended as an attorney that will "not listen" and "talk over you." When you’re desperate and call anyway, the receptionist was so rude. She hung up on me mid sentence. I called back only to have the second receptionist mock me in a patronizing tone, wouldn’t you know it- talked over me. I do not recommend at all, and neither did the people that told me about them. Should have just heeded their advice. They pissed me off so bad I wrote a Google review. I don’t know how to do 0 stars and still be able to post.

I received charges for Tom reviewing my case file before multiple hearings but during all hearings, I found that Tom would repeatedly ask me for answers to questions that could’ve been answered by someone who was prepared for a hearing, I also dealt with him providing inaccurate information which added extra work for me. The correction added extra hoops for me to jump through. I was charged for Tom missing a hearing. I discussed me not agreeing with the charge, which resulted in Tom only charging me for travel time, which was still too much, considering it was not my fault he missed the hearing. After further requests through email, the office later did the right thing and waived the added charges due to him missing the hearing. After coming to the conclusion that Tom clearly was not as involved as I expected, I notified his office I wanted him to withdraw, Tom then called me to ask what was going on. I let him know of why I was unhappy with the services I was receiving and that upset him a lot. At no point did he offer to make corrections. The service you will receive is most certainly not worth the fee you will pay. I don’t doubt Tom has the experience and knowledge to help with a case like mine, which is why I have him two starts, but he was certainly checked out. Paralegal Cassandra was great to work with and was quick to respond with accurate information.

I'm so impressed with the service Tom and Cecily provided in my custody/support cases. Tom tells it like it is, which was off-putting at first as his client, but was extremely beneficial when confronting the other party. He is a strong advocate and I wish I had retained him for my divorce in the first place. Cecily has been on point the whole way through. She is a great communicator; responsive, patient and professional in dealing with a VERY difficult and evasive adversary. I highly recommend them.
