Well, well, well. At this point I feel like I should get another lawyer involved and sue for malpractice. We lost a case over 5 years ago to a woman who failed a drug test, proved she had been brainwashing a child per the court ordered psychologist (documented), many violent and racist stories were demonstrated, her alcoholism demonstrated and to add to it the woman had been arrested for beating the child only 4 months before being awarded custody of her and not once did this attorney use this in his favor. Case of malpractice headed your way. You better get ready because what I wrote is just the tip of the iceberg. There is a big story that's going to be put in the media and I hope you're ready.

I've been trying for a month to contact the lawyer that I've paid for, Walter Gerhardt, and I have only managed to speak to his assistant who seems to be loosing her patience with me each time I call to leave a message for my lawyer to call me back. I have yet to get a call back or even an email form my lawyer himself all I get is a rude voice on the phone when the assistant realized its me calling again I don't know if it's because I only have a small child support case or what all I know is that I pay him just like everyone else and I feel disrespected

It's not every day you go to a lawyer and ask for advice. When you take that advice, you expect a positive outcome. In this case I ended up in a much worse position listening to this guy. I would not recommend him to anyone unless you have a case that is going to fight itself.
