I have been extremely satisfied with Mr. Newcombe's handling of my divorce case, which became complicated due to the ex-husband's unreasonable requests and actions. I called their office 3 times and waited a week before hearing anything back from anyone. I finally received a call back, as I am in an extremely stressful situation. I spoke with Chrishendra. I had 2 phone calls with her. Both of which seemed like she was in the middle of doing 30 different things, not grasping onto what I was saying. The only consistent part of the phone call was her explaining to me how much the retainer was and when/how to send it. I sent over everything needed all for her to leave me a voicemail dropping the case with zero attempt. I understand everyone seems overworked these days but its so discouraging after all this time. I wasted weeks on this firm and am honestly glad they showed their true colors from the get go. Clearly the 5 star reviews on multiple websites are fake. Thank you Jason Newcombe and your team. All I am doing is looking for a good team to represent me before a judge to get my daughter. Why even accept phone calls and go through the run around if you are not taking clients that aren't the easiest cases.

Jason and his team are excellent!! Everyone on the staff is super helpful and always follows up as promised. Jason has continuously gone above and beyond what's expected of him, which really put me at ease and let me know he was there to have my back. He's extremely knowledgeable of the law, has tons of experience, and make sure he takes the time to get the best outcome possible. Things would have been much worse for me without Jason's help.
