Ween & Kozek

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Michael Kozek is a juggernaut, and his two staff attorneys (Nina Oksman and Andrew Cassady) are both also incredibly competent individuals. As far as I know, WeenKozek is the only housing lawyer in NYC that has never taken money from landlords, they purely defend tenants. This is very admirable, as the firm would probably triple their income overnight if they chose to be like all the other firms and take clients from both sides of the landlord/tenant war. Simply put, this firm is a treasure. They took me in after I lost my case with another attorney, and WeenKozek filed an appeal that absolutely destroyed my landlord and his complete crook of an attorney. It is not always the case that a tenant prevails, but man, justice was served in this instance. THANK YOU MICHAEL KOZEK, NINA, and ANDREW!!!!!!!!!!
