My experience with this attorney was deeply disappointing. What began as a professional engagement quickly turned into a pattern of dismissiveness, errors, and poor communication. Throughout my case, she repeatedly made mistakes in my documents and filings — then excused them by saying she "has a full caseload," as if that justified the errors or delays. Instead of taking accountability or offering solutions, she shifted blame back to me for following up or asking for corrections. Her tone was often unprofessional and even condescending. At one point, she echoed exact derogatory language the opposing party used to describe me, which was both shocking and unacceptable from someone meant to be advocating for me. When I simply asked for a full record of my payments and case file — something clients have every right to receive — she sent an email calling my request "borderline harassment." No client should ever be treated that way for seeking transparency or accountability. If you’re looking for an attorney who is respectful, detail-oriented, and professional — I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. This firm’s handling of my case left me feeling mistreated, misrepresented, and profoundly disappointed.

After numerous attempts over several months expressing a concern shortly after my divorce was final, I received zero feedback or any interest. ********Since I've gotten such a lovely detailed message back regarding my review, I will elaborate. You have not received my final payment because since the moment I have tried to touch base with Jennifer regarding my concerns, there has been no response. What a coincidence. Without spewing the remaining details of my divorce, which shows how professional you are by giving out details of my personal divorce on the internet, don't give out false numbers. You are missing $600 of over $3500 I've already paid you. This was not a nasty long or drawn out divorce. The only time I ever heard back from Jennifer was in January when I had absolutely had it- which led to nasty back and forth email correspondence. Flat out, I had the most simple divorce someone could ask for. There wasn't fighting, multiple things shared, homes, cars, etc, we shared - nothing. We have our daughter and agreeing upon child support had minimal back and forth. But Jennifer has gotten paid to do the bare minimal work. On top of that, not answer multiple voicemails, emails, anything - because I owe $600 out of the thousands you've already received. You treated a client poorly, so you are getting a poor review.
