Does not follow client instructions, nor does he heed or speak the truth found in evidence. Make no mistake, this man is a resolution lawyer, not a fight tooth and nail for his client lawyer.

Without going into personal matters, Joe Westmeyer and the other employees were all professional and polite. The rate he quoted was cheaper than most law firms in the area. He did the research necessary and persistently worked to getting what I needed taken care of completed. Complications occurred requiring what I could only guess in multiple more hours of work between him and his paralegals, and yet his quote did not change. It is obvious that he is a busy attorney, but he never dropped the ball.

Please save yourself the time and find a more reputable attorney. This guy only wants to talk about himself during consultations and then tries to charge you for free consultations. Their website says free consultations, but they still charge you!

Does actually nothing, and charges for everything. Will charge for any and everything without actually doing anything. You're better off being your own attorney this going here.
