Walter and Brian Whelan were extremely professional and diligent with my case. They were very proficient with their time. If you need a lawyer for business law, I would highly recommend them. They get right to the point and get the job done. They were able to exceed my expectations, which is hard to do. I believe they are the best business attorneys in town. They have won several high profile cases here in the central valley.

After calling a few different law offices about my case, Brian Whelan was the only attorney to give me the time of day. Brian and the staff at the office did their best to make me feel comfortable in a time of need. Communication with Brian and staff was well above what I expected. I am very please with the Whelan Law Group.

I had a consultation with Mr. Whelan's son for an employment case where I was employed for 3 years and then injured on the job. I was told that, due to them having to do a little more work on my case than usual, they wouldn't take my case. They only want slam dunk wins. It's unfortunate, because I've since had the State step in, and found my case legitimate and the business was found to be running legally and illegally titling their employees as "independent contractors" without carrying the proper work comp insurance nor were they paying taxes for their employees. I don't recommend this Law Firm unless you have a slam dunk case and want to make the Whelan's more money.

Walt and Lucas where the men who helped with my case that lasted 5 years! Throughout the years they were always available to answer any questions I had there were even a couple times where they can tell I was down due to what was being said to me and they checked on me and made sure I was always okay!
