This Attorney represents a very unethical company named Breeden Company. And as their registered agent they were sued for my security deposit in which they never sent me even though I was awarded the monies in court. As their registered they are supposed to handle all their legal matters when someone dues an LLC. Now when I tried to follow up with the matter they keep telling me that although they are the registered agent. They don’t deal with their legal matters. This makes no sense. As the registered agent of a LLC you are the representative for this company and their legal matters.
