My husband and I worked with Whitney on our estate plan and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I'd been nervous as we used a legal benefit through my husband's workplace, and I thought that may translate into a poor experience, but that wasn't the case. I tend to distrust reviews like these and feel it's either written by an employee or bot or is in some other way unreliable, but I received no incentive to leave this review, I'm a real woman in my thirties (I even took my four-year-old to the signing appointment with us and Whitney greeted her by name), and I'm writing this because I really am very pleased with our results. Our trust, will (including guardianship for our child), healthcare documentation, etc., is exactly as I wished, and I was given the time and guidance to make those determinations and have them checked, clarified, and formalized. I'd recommend Whitney without hesitation for "pre-death stuff," and if you need legal services for "post-death stuff," probate, etc., I met two women who handle those issues (they stepped in to act as witnesses), and they were personable as well.

I cannot speak for everyone at this group, but I can tell you my experience with Whitney was extremely unhelpful. I left several messages, with no response. Once I called to request another lawyer to work with, then she FINALLY returned the call. That is when it was evident that she is rude, unprofessional and clearly lacks common curtesy when speaking with new clients. I was able to get help with my needs at another firm that was incredibly helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with!
