Zachary W. Davis, Attorney at Law

He's absolutely horrible at returning calls or texts or emails. There are families that do care for the incarcerated individuals and deserve to know things like court progress or release dates. Anything would be nice. But this office has a severe problem with communication.

He was very professional, he actually listened to me and I got to go home on a probation violation and got reinstated and they didn't add any extra hours or any extra time to my case. I still am deferred so next July I'll be done and get get it off my record and he's gonna help me do that also, he's awesome and actually cares about his clients! I highly recommend you choosing him to be your attorney! He's the best for sure! You won't regret it, I promise!

Mr. Zachary Davis does not answer phone calls. He does not return phone calls. He is not a good lawyer at all. I have called him for the past month and a half every day at least 3 to 4 times a day. I’ve left several messages and still have not received a call back

I don't understand why someone would accept being a court appointed if they really don't want to help people. I understand about maybe being overloaded with clientele "court appointed" but there's more to it than that. People need the help. I was glad to get the one call in my daughter's 15month stay. Still waiting on results. Praying ,hoping for the best. She's written many letters-1/2 of them returned...no answers..no results. So sad & disappointing. Being too poor to afford an attorney is already depressing....abandonment is hopelessness. SO Sad!

I have read the reviews and being that I have worked in law firms before, I understand both sides of needing to talk to your attorney and anxiously waiting for a response. Mr. Davis is handling my stepdaughter’s case. We had to leave a message or two, understandably for a small law firm. It’s not like on TV, where there are half a dozen lawyers and half a dozen receptionists. What I saw in court is one very knowledgeable, passionate attorney. He’s definitely in the business for the right reasons … helping people through difficult times. Just remember, you’re not the only client, and appearing in court with clients makes it difficult to return calls in an expedited manner. Also remember, nothing happens in a hurry when dealing with courts.

I don’t know how this guy has even a 2 star Google score. He deserves a ZERO score. Bottom of the barrel and doesn’t belong in this profession. He needs to be disbarred. He does NOT uphold The commitment that he was sworn to uphold as an attorney when he received his license. He has no heart at all to help people legally. None whatsoever. Make sure you either fire him and get another one or never hire him to begin with.

My son had this lawyer, he was court appointed and when my son needed to talk with him, Mr. Zachary Davis would not return any of his calls or answer his text messages. If you have to have him as an attorney, please try and get you one that will help you with your case. This man is an embarrassment to his procession, I would not recommend Mr. Davis to anyone in need of a lawyer. If the judge gives you him as court appointed lawyer, do yourself a favor and either ask for someone more competent then Mr. Zachary W. Davis.
