I've worked closely with Melissa Moser for the past several months to set up an entire estate plan with a detailed trust for my young toddler in the event something happened to me. This process is made easy here with a full and comprehensive package that includes a will, durable power of attorney, living advanced directive, HIPPA paperwork, etc. etc. all in a nice binder with definitions and instructions for designees of your estate. I finalized all documents yesterday and am very pleased. Their website allows online payments, there were worksheets to fill out for assets and planning meetings, everything was easy. Melissa was easy to work with and initial meetings as well as a more comprehensive several hour meeting to go in-depth helped to establish my wishes and set in place a firm plan to incentivize certain behaviors and attitudes to allow me to influence or parent from beyond (if it ever came to that) - like travel, education, marrying later, health and wellness, etc. I'm super pleased and feel so much better knowing I've set everything up and left nothing up to chance now. Highly recommend this firm.

Not honest, will say one thing to a family or friend behind closed doors but will say the complete opposite in court which proves that she is not honest or trustworthy. Does not return calls or listen to her voice mails. Will not recommend her services as she does not have any care or concern for those she is supposed to be supporting.

Went to the law firm of Midgett Preti Olansen (MPO) for the first time last week. My appointment was with Mr. Nathan Olansen to have a new will and trusts set up for me. Mr. Olansen was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He carefully listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions and gave me important advice. I never felt rushed during our first meeting either. Have several papers that I received from him which I will complete before I go back next time. Mr. Olansen informed me that we will have at least two more appointments. He told me the amount I would have to pay for his services and I felt it was a fair price. I found it very comfortable dealing with Mr. Olansen and I look forward to our next meeting.
