I am so grateful to Miss Hyde and her team! From day one through the conclusion of my case, Miss Hyde was sensitive, respectful, compassionate, and encouraging. She treated me like a high value client even though my case was fairly simple and straightforward. I was always kept in the loop as far as updates and case status. I was referred to Ms. Hyde for a free consultation through an employee benefit program. She was rude and unprofessional almost immediately, told me she does not have to give me a consultation, and referred me to another attorney. I’m not sure she understood what I was asking her so she became easily agitated. Ms. Hyde may require memberships with legal referral services in order to drum up business, but it appears she isn’t interested in giving out free consults, but would rather argue with a potential client, offend them and refer them elsewhere. Side note if you do decide to call her- the consult I was offered was for up to 60 minutes but Ms. Hyde referred to it as a 30 minute consultation. Not sure where the misunderstanding is there. Unless you want to be talked down to for no reason, I’d avoid altogether.

Ms. Suzette Hyde helped me with a non performing insurer. The moment they received our demand letter things finally got moving and services performed. Ms. Hyde followed up until everything was completed. Very professional and pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

To be straightforward and honest Mrs Suzette Hyde is the best lawyer I came across for my Child Support case. I was on Child Support for over 6 years paying high amounts of money monthly. Every lawyer I went to couldn’t get my amount lower. All hope was loss until I meet Mrs. Hyde she told me be patient and let her work. After a few months I was scheduled for court I was surprised that the judge not only dismiss my Child Support but order for her to pay me Child Support.
