I have been using Kneece law firm in Columbia for several of my real estate transactions for over 20 years now! I also have hired them personally to handle wills, etc. and they have helped many in my family as well with similar legal needs. Bobby Jr is so thorough and makes my clients feel so at ease and comfortable at the closing table. This really means a lot when it comes to especially my first-time buyers. He goes over every form but explains it in a very clear manner that people actually "understand" and can relate it to. Kneece law firm has been around for a long time and are very well respected in the area and throughout the state . Bobby Jr is seasoned and respected in his profession , while being the most humble person/ Attorney I have ever met. I have a trust and confidence with him and I know he always will get me an answer to something I need (and in a quick time frame) . His Staff are always fabulous and takes my calls or gets back to me quickly. They all work diligently to take care of matters for their clients. Jeannene, Renay and Denise are all wonderful and I can count on all this staff for any legal or real estate transaction needs I have! Five stars all the way!
