Wear Law represented me after I was denied, they were easy to work with, very helpful, handled everything in a timely manner, communication was never a problem, and pure professionalism. I am grateful to have found them to represent me and I'm very pleased with the outcome of their work. Definitely would recommend their office, thank you so much Emily, Dalin, and the rest of the team!

Deeply Disappointed and Misled As a disabled veteran, I expected professionalism, communication, and integrity from The Wear Law Office. Instead, I ended up doing most of the legwork myself. Even after signing all the releases of information, they constantly called and emailed me for things they should have already handled. Their follow-through was non-existent. Once they got paid, they disappeared. I was left to chase down Social Security on my own just to find out where my back pay was — and even Social Security said they had no information for me. That’s unacceptable and shows a complete lack of coordination, accountability, and client care. What makes this worse is that I referred other veterans to this firm, believing they were trustworthy and stood for something. Sadly, that trust was misplaced. It’s painful to see a firm that claims to help veterans operate with such little professionalism or compassion. I strongly advise others — especially veterans — to look elsewhere for legal representation that values integrity, communication, and genuine service.

For as many referrals as I've received to this place from social workers, other lawyers, and friends in my community, I am sadly disappointed with how I've been treated by their new client onboarding system. I don't feel like a human engaging with these protocols, and the call center experience of being placed on hold several times and then being told to call back again, or worse, being told that I'll receive a call back only to go multiple weeks during critical times of my case waiting without response, is being treated subhuman. I have legitimate medical reasons with documentation why I can't play the game they are presenting, and that apparently makes me an inconvenience for their system to the point where the call center reps feel safe dismissing me or lying about what responses I should expect. An unprofessional experience if you don't fit the specific mold of cases they prefer to take. I would love to meet the attorneys I'm trying to seek representation from, but if you can't show up 1 day a week at a specific time to a specific place, the call center people don't seem to think you're worthy of being considered for representation. If anyone from the actual office would like to reach out to me, I've been entered into your system and promised callbacks repeatedly.

I would like to personally thank Rosemary and her whole team especially ially Dillon, for all the hard work they dod.on my.case to help me finally win my appeal. I won my appeal as well as got awarded 3 years back pay, which confused me at first becuz I didn't know that they would pay everyone else first and then me. But I finally got paid and appreciate Rosemary & her team. Thank you I refer my friends to them quite often and my son-in-law just called to tell me they won his case also. Good job

I contacted this office twice; they never contacted me back. I completed a form on their website months ago and tried again by phone a few days ago, to which my voicemail was never returned. I was referred here by two of my medical providers who will be disappointed in my experience. You claim you return calls promptly, you don’t.

You took a 100% disabled veteran. Who has spent 2 years in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Atticus promoted you. Are you not what you claim to be, a representative of disabled vets. Sorry for my tiny words…you know I am 100% disabled….. Rosemary, if you say who you are and, please help this 100% disabled veteran. I have one day to appeal the US SSN department, can you help me?

#1 I worked on my own case for 2 years up until my final denial when the next step was to appeal my case infront of a judge. I was told I should get an attorney to appear with me. I did not want to do this but felt extreme pressure due to my inability to work & my homelessness over this time period. Putting strains both personally and financially, not just on me but for the people in my life. So I contacted ATTICUS Law Office (a 3rd party firm that places disabled people with a SSDI specialist firm. I began my career loss in April 2023 after 30 years of on the job physical difficulties. I had to close my business. I filed for SSDI that year. I became homeless, losing my home in May 2024. I was denies in Jan 2025 again. Now I was the sole person taking care of my case under extreme hardship. I did not want to hire an attorney because I felt competent and 100% familiar with my case. Because I was putting strain on the few loved ones still talking to me, I signed a (later to learn, flawed) contract with Wear Law on March 31st 2025. They filed an appeal in April and I was told because of the back log that my hearing date wouldn't be until Oct 24th 2025. During the entirety of those months I still worked on my case while trying to take care of myself & struggling day after day. Wear Law did not need to contact anyone on my behalf because I handed them a completed case assessment. The only thing they needed to do was show up at court with me. I continued to seek out specialist, community leaders, medical staff and the like to help with my physical, mental & personal challenges. I never heard much from Wear Law except when I called or emailed them to see about any updates. I was repeatedly told " we are still waiting on the hearing date, just keep doing what you are doing." So for those 6 months out of almost 3 years of living hell they maybe put in a day's work, maybe 2. Nothing more. And I only spoke to "my attorney" about 2x for less then 20 minutes. The bulk of my communications were through the secretary. Fast forward to October 24th, 2025 where I had my judges appeal via zoom and only heard "my attorney" pipe up at the beginning of the call with the last minute specialist diagnose I literally procured just days before my court appearance. I bring that up because they got credit for that too. Anyway I spent an hour on the phone answering all questions and concerns by myself. I was approved October 31st 2025. I had a follow up appointment (alone) with the SSI representative to go over the final information needed on November 14th 2025. That rep told me to tell my attorneys to get the needed information "because that's what I'm paying them for". They didn't get the memo that actual work should be preformed in order to be paid, but, that joke was on me. The secretary told me I had to do it because he couldn't. He never said if my lawyer could or not, but I never spoke to my lawyer after my hearing. Anyway after calling & emailing through November and getting absolutely no response back, I finally got letters in the mail regarding my case. Two days before Thanksgiving, still living in my car, still without money & now with a broke down car I couldn't turn on for heat. Turns out I had only 14 days from the date of those letters to appeal the lawyer fee if I wanted to. My lawyer was paid $8k+ of my pain, suffering & emotional trauma for an hour on the phone with the judge and a couple of phone calls. I promptly emailed the secretary that night fuming at their audacity. He writes back that because of that email and "that SSA must have all they needed, so he'd be closing my case." I received a letter saying I wouldn't be charged any additional fees because there was only minor postage & handling involved. Yeah, I already know this but thanks for the written document. Well turns out the SSA was not done needing more information and so I was scrambling trying to figure out the letters I received and contacting outside agencies for proper paperwork or I'd forfeit my lump sum payment.
