I just made a phone call to ask if they handled tenant-landlord disputes or to see if they handle cases about lease agreements and the older lady on the phone is rude "no we don’t"(rudely) and said "mhmm" (rudely) not even a "thank you for calling, have a nice day". If that’s how the staff answers the phone, I can’t imagine having them represent you.
