This firm was hired to do an "investigation" into Katy ISD, and in that report they slandered myself and another well respected attorney without interviewing either one of us, and while also naming me, a private citizen in a public report. An investigation involves questioning ALL parties, not just doing the General Counsel’s dirty work. If you fail to retract and correct the erroneous statement you issued, I will be filing a grievance with the State Bar of Texas against everyone involved.

Wouldnt take my case but that's not the worse part. I never actually take to a lawyer. I talk to a secretary who had no clue about the law and told me she didn't have time to take down all my statement very unprofessional!

My child was injured (burned) numerous times . . This firm with all of its experience couldnt even get the judge to hear a case.. Titiana Frausto was my atty.. in mediation she discussed other cases she was working on with the mediator and showed no eagerness to help the situation and basically told me if i didnt agree in mediation we would come again...worst hire ever
