My family has used Dawn Hallman for over 20 years. When my parents passed, the Trust was distributed very quickly and smoothly. We did not have to go to court at all. I just completed my estate planning with Hallman and Associates. After sitting down with Dawn, we determined what I needed and I now have my updated Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Advance Directive and HIPPA Release. Dawn Hallman did our estate planning and my parents estate planning. Dawn knows every aspect of trusts and business succession planning. She identified areas where we needed asset protection and tax planning, which now saves a significant amount of taxes each year! We have a very large, complex estate and Dawn was creative and knowledgeable in every aspect of estate planning. My parents have a modest estate, yet Dawn still took time to explain their Trust. Dawn took very complex subjects and made them easy to understand. She is approachable and experienced. Since doing our trust (and other parts of our complex plan) we have had three meetings with Dawn. She always meets with us personally and our questions are always answered when we call her office. Her staff is friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our estate plan (and saving 45% of our estate). We would emphatically recommend Dawn Hallman, Hallman and Associates! *update* Dawn later did my dad's trust. He recently died and everything went smoothly and avoided probate.
