I was is a really tough spot financially and being sued by two companies for defaulting on a credit cards/personal loans. I inquired about ch 7 within their office and immediately Mr Cox and Mr Guerrieri made me feel like an old friend. I was immediately put at ease and wasn't made to feel embarrassed or ashamed. They explained the process and helped through every step. Massive shout out to Melissa! She has a great attitude and answered all my questions and is so prompt. Absolutely recommend this firm!

I cannot say enough good things about this firm. In fact, it's going to sound like I'm a sponsored ad for Guerrieri, Cox & Associates, but I'm not. I'm just a guy who needed immediate help before things got worse following a divorce and unexpected unemployment. I'd expected a painful, agonizing process ahead of declaring bankruptcy (Chapter 13) but got the exact opposite. Michael is sharp, thorough, thoughtful and (best of all) genuine. I'd felt like a second-class citizen due to the unfortunate events that led me to the Chapter 13 decision, but when I brought my case to Mike, he walked me through every step of the process, explained all of my options, and infused me with hope for the first time in forever. They're very reasonably priced, extremely accommodating, and incredibly understanding. I worked with actual human beings at this office. When I made the decision to stop the financial bleeding, I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm already seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
