I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid $250 for a consultation to have a house contract re written following the pre existing contract has expired. I sent them copies of the contract, only to be left in the dark with no response. I called the office to be transferred to a voicemail only to not be called back. Called again and left stern message and felt things would move forward only to be left on deaf ears AGAIN. This has gone on for months now and nothing. They took my consultation and wanted nothing to do with my situation in which is easy to do. Terrible business and very poor communication. Stay away unless you want to donate money for nothing.

Receptionist is exceptionally rude. I asked if they could help with a case and she replied with "we dont do civil litigation have a nice day" then claimed she was speaking to someone in the lobby that was leaving Even tho her tone nor her volume changed. She then hung up on me bc I called her out on her rudeness.

My experience with Mellissa was her patience with me; one who had no closing experience! I must have called her hundreds of times, and she answered my questions without a hitch, and I know I was a pain! On the day of my closing, I had Natalie. What a sweetie she was. I felt instantly as ease with her and found no difficulty asking questions, even though some of them were probably quite easily understood with common sense, which I do fear I lack at times. All in all, everyone was kind right down to the young lady being trained to the receptionists when I entered the building for my big day! Thank you so much for giving me a wonderful first home buying experience!
