Our real estate agent recommended this firm. We had to contact them about our closing and we were the buyers. They were in contact with the sellers but not us. At the closing after signing the documents we were informed that we could not have the keys to our home. We were told it was our , bank then after leaving and calling are real estate agent and bank we were told the sellers requested that we not be given the keys until after the deed was recorded at the court house. Hours later we were informed we could pick up the key, yes one key. We were to get all the keys and garage door openers, not one key. After 2 trips back over two days they still only produced 2 keys and one garage door opener. We were not first time home buyers and this was by far the WORST closing ever.

I’m not sure if the poor service and failure to complete their job was due to having a "small" transaction, but in my mind, it shouldn’t matter if I’m buying a 100k house or a million dollar mansion. Could not contact my closing agent by phone, had to always physically go to the office to get the simplest of questions answered. The worst part is that now months after closing, finding out that some IMPORTANT information was not recorded properly and now while trying to sell the same property we’re running into even more delays and problems because of Bullington’s ineptitude from the start. Would not recommend.

They handled a real estate closing for me several years ago. I was impressed and have had them handle a three more since then.
