Attorney Aimee Smith and her Legal Assistant Lisa Ashworth were the best. My mother and I will be eternally grateful to them for their hard work, help and expertise in what was a very long and difficult process getting my father (who has dementia) approved for Medicaid to stay in a long-term care facility. Highly Recommended!
I collected all the info she asked for, she listened and offered nothing all for $300. I walked out not knowing anything more or different than when I walked in there. I do NOT recommend her!
