Paid them $3600 down , was SUPPOSE to have $500 off , doubt I got tha. not even a hearing yet and racks me up to over10k before withdrawing , Still hasn’t showed up for me in court NOT ONCE . Daniel is so rude, cuts me off tells me not to cut him off but I wasn’t finished talking. Has his employees agree with opposing counsels behind my back and tell me different. Michael westerman was my attorney too but very questionable I had he said it was a good question so racks up all my activities $350 a hour just to tell me he’ll call me backwith answers EACH TIME. Daniel is no uncompassionate. I’m fighting for my two older girls in court while grieving my infants two twins same and he canceled the hearing I was gonna represent myself. He just don’t see anything Ive been working hard for nor does he care it’s all about money and wasting time talking to me to rack up my bill just to get back to me on answers. I would NEVR recommend this law firm ever again. It’s like he knows everything in my case and all the sudden just like everyone else in the system. Loves to watch people fail their kids and mother.
