Goranson Bain Ausley

I’m not happy that I needed attorney services for so many years, but I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with the attorneys at this firm. Over the past seven years, Kristiana Butler has helped me with multiple enforcement and child-related matters. Each case was handled efficiently and resulted in a favorable outcome. Kristiana is smart, always prepared for every possible scenario, and provided expert guidance throughout. I’m extremely grateful for her professionalism and expertise.

My experience with Goranson Bain Ausley was nothing what I expected. Carlos was exactly what I needed in a lawyer. He understood my feelings and helped me work through what needed to be done. I am very blessed to have been recommended by a friend Carlos and his organization. Without hesitation, Carlos and Goranson Bain Ausley is a law firm you can trust to work with you through what ever it is your going through.

Rob Frazier was absolutely fantastic. He guided me through my divorce with a level of confidence and professionalism that made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to handle. From day one, he made sure I understood each step of the process, what to expect, and how to stay focused on the outcome. What stood out most was how he instilled confidence and reduced my anxiety when things felt overwhelming. Rob stayed calm, organized, and proactive — always one step ahead and keeping the process moving forward. I never felt lost or stuck, and I knew I had someone in my corner who truly cared about the result. I can’t recommend Rob enough. He’s knowledgeable, steady, and genuinely excellent at what he does.

Everyone at Goranson Bain Ausley was great. My attorney Carlos Garcia did a fantastic job of trying to mediate, and when we couldn’t agree and had to go to trial, he was totally prepared. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Carlos!

Kelly-Ausley Flores has been my attorney in my ongoing family case for many years. She has done a phenomenal job informing me of options, explaining the intricacies of court proceedings, and ensuring that I receive equal representation in our Texas courts. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of Legal counsel or representation.

For such a large and reputable firm I was disappointed to find that the level of detail is lacking here. Not sure if it’s because they hand off cases to paralegals or if it’s just a process issue but there were a few legal documents that upon reviewing had some errors. For the price you pay, this is not a good look. Speaking of cost, this place will do everything they can to keep the case ongoing and not resolved. Make no mistake, this is a business whose only priority is to bill for hours. They deliberately try and prolong divorce cases so they can bill for more hours. Will not recommend

I worked with Carlos Gracia and his team. They were effective, efficient, professional, and very responsive. I trust his legal representation and would happily recommend him!
