I cannot say enough good things about Jason, my attorney, and Donna, his paralegal. From the very beginning of my case, they have been nothing short of incredible. I hired Jason and Donna because my spouse had retained an attorney who was aggressive and unpleasant, and I knew I needed someone professional and capable to stand by my side. Jason and Donna exceeded every expectation. They handled every aspect of my case with professionalism, expertise, and compassion. They truly listened to my concerns, and their guidance gave me confidence throughout this difficult process. Thanks to their hard work, I’ve achieved everything I hoped for up to this point. Their dedication, responsiveness, and thoroughness have been remarkable. If you’re looking for a team that will fight for you with integrity and skill, Jason and Donna are exactly who you need. I couldn’t be more grateful for their support, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional legal representation. Brian

I went through one of the most contentious, emotionally exhausting, and financially draining divorces imaginable—made worse by an unreasonable opposing party and a hostile, combative attorney on the other side. Through it all, attorney Jacqueline Clark and paralegal Retta Kerwood were steadfast in their commitment, professionalism, and integrity. There were times during this process when my own frustration came out—given the stress and injustice I was dealing with. Even then, Jacqueline and Retta remained professional, and stayed the course. They never took it personally and always redirected my energy toward productive next steps. Jacqueline was steady, sharp, and ethical—never stooping to the toxic tactics used by the other side. She was a true advocate annd always clear-eyed about what mattered most. Retta kept everything on track. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a chaotic process more manageable. She ensured I had the information and support I needed at every step. This was not a typical divorce. But Jacqueline and Retta stayed the course with professionalism, and grit, even while enduring abuse from opposing counsel. I’m deeply grateful to them both and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone facing a high-conflict divorce.

I understand firms are busy, but requesting sensitive personal information and then not responding at all is unprofessional. Even a brief message to let me know they couldn’t take the case would have gone a long way.

I had a difficult divorce that included ensuring that my 3 children's mental health were taken into account. My ex has her own reality distortion field, which made agreeing or moving forward with anything very difficult. Andrew and Donna were there with me every step of the way! Providing guidance and advise that helped me ensure that I had a fair outcome and that my children were taken care of in the process!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm, particularly in family law. I hired attorney Jennifer Coombs for a relocation trial and other co-parenting matters. She requested a $10,000 retainer, which I paid promptly. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of a deeply disappointing and emotionally draining journey. It took her over two months just to review my case, and by then, most of my retainer was already used—without any real progress made. Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor. She engaged with the opposing counsel but never forwarded any emails or shared updates with me. Even worse, she stopped responding to my emails altogether. I tried calling and emailing her office countless times, but no one ever responded—not even her paralegal. This level of negligence felt intentional and completely unprofessional. Eventually, I reached out to the managing attorney, and only then did Jennifer suddenly respond. However, instead of addressing my concerns, she confronted me with inaccurate assumptions and made claims that showed a complete lack of understanding of the court orders and arbitration documents. She accused me of not following her advice without ever having properly reviewed the emails/OFW/court documents or talk to me for months. Because I asked about settlement options and expressed concern over trial, she abruptly stated she would no longer represent me. The very next day, she filed a notice to withdraw from my case—leaving me without legal representation after exhausting my funds. This experience has been traumatic and heartbreaking. It’s unacceptable that attorneys can take people’s money, mishandle cases, and disappear when accountability is required. I urge others to be extremely cautious before hiring this firm. I also hope the Washington State Bar or another oversight body investigates how this firm operates, because what happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

Outstanding Representation and Compassionate Guidance – Andrew May and Donna Anderson are Unmatched I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional legal support provided by Andrew May and his assistant, Donna Anderson. From the very beginning, their expertise, empathy, and relentless dedication gave me peace of mind and confidence in a case that was emotionally charged and complex. Andrew May is truly a master of family law. His strategic thinking and deep understanding of the nuances involved in cases like mine made all the difference. He demonstrated not only a remarkable command of the legal process but also a genuine understanding of my needs and concerns. Thanks to his diligent preparation and unwavering commitment, I achieved favorable outcome in court (a rarity for a Father/Male). His ability to communicate complex legal terms in ways that were easy to understand was invaluable throughout the process. Andrew didn’t just fight for my case; he championed my children’s well-being, which meant the world to me as a parent. Donna Anderson, Andrew’s assistant, was a steady and compassionate presence. She handled every inquiry and update with patience and kindness, always making me feel like a priority. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made an otherwise overwhelming process feel manageable. Together, they were a dream team—effective, efficient, and empathetic. Thanks to Andrew and Donna’s extraordinary work, I can now move forward with peace of mind. If you’re searching for a top-tier family lawyer who genuinely cares and delivers results, I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew May and Donna Anderson. They turned what could have been a prolonged, uncertain battle into a clear and successful outcome. You couldn’t be in better hands.

I contacted Envision Family Law as I needed help with finishing up a divorce case and getting the mediation paperwork. I stated up front that 10k right off the front was not possible for me, I was told that the cost would be 3.5k to get through the mediation. Retta was great to work with and Ray Polari was also good to work with, always had the papers together, knew who to get in contact with and get things going. Of course, my worries over my ex having said he wanted to kill me was water under the bridge as far as the court system was concerned and that really wasn't in Mr. Ray's court. But then after the mediation I was hit right away with a "oh, there's more charges! We need an additional 5k for this." Which came out of the blue as no one informed me there would be additional charges - all of the talk seemed to say that the upfront charge was 3.5k just for getting through mediation - no court, no additional work needed - and that was it. I scrapped together the rest of my 4 year's saving (as the financial split between me and my ex had yet to finish) and paid out the 5k. Again, I thought that was that, they just needed additional because things went overtime and there was more filing that they didn't realize was needed. Ok, things happen. A month later I get a call and am told I need to put more money into the fund. No word on what for, no word on what amount. When I said that I couldn't pay that off right now, I was hung up on. Only after a week to be called back stating again that I needed to pay into the fund. When I mentioned that my mediation was already over and done with the answer was "oh, you're case is not active anymore?" Only after that was a billing actually sent to me to show what things were being charged. Lovely lawyer to work with, at least in person. Horrible billing service unless this is how things are normally done among people who handle a thousand dollars like it's a $5 lunch money. If you do get these folks as lawyers, most likely get signed documents on the cost of things, investigate what OTHER charges will happen down the line and make sure you are aware that when they say "it will cost less then 10k" they literally mean exactly on the line of "less" of 10k. 9k really is less than 10k.
