I contacted this office for legal help for a family member. The person who answered stated the attorney was out for the week and offered no additional assistance, follow-up, or referral. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially given the urgency of the situation.

A varied experience. Initially he was responsive and took care of matters promptly. Down the road I expressed concerns about custody that upon reflection, I realize he didn’t really take time to understand. In the end, he just dropped the ball. I’d ask him for an update and he would send me two or three questions I had answered in a previous email. I ended recouping money from my ex on my own after several months of back and forth because Mr Alexander did nothing to ease the process; although I had hired him for help in this area. I gave him 2k for an issue that was never resolved and my funds were primarily spent chasing him down via email for a response. Don’t recommend; he’s a good talker but I don’t think he’s a good listener.

The worst experience ever. It was a long three years of feeling hopeless and not being properly assisted. Mr. Dwight, did a little to nothing to help me with my case. I was patient and tried to give him the opportunity. I was lied to and my questions weren’t answered. I felt like he was working against me, and not for me. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. I didn’t deserve to be degraded and disrespected. I wasn’t heard and shut down. Our last conversation, he tried to intimidate me and threaten to make false statements to the judge. I never refused to do my part in my case, but he refused to properly represent me. In response! To Mr.Alexander I didn’t ask you not ask for service for no charge. I asked you to have intergrity and to represent me! I told you I didn’t want your representation after you threatened to lie to the court/judge stating I refused to turn in documentation! I deserve the same respect and treatment, that all your clients! Free representation, is not what I asked for!

He won't do anything you ask for. Example I asked to go back to my maiden name. Divorce is final but i have to do extra to get my name back. No follow up I would hear from the court before I would hear from my lawyer. I had to pester for emails. Of the 4 things I asked him to address he only took care of 1. I wish I could get my money back. Complete waste.
