It’s okay. I have been in contact with two other people who experienced the same thing with Shellie taking their money and not doing anything in their cases. One in which referred me to an attorney to speak to in regards pursuing action for not receiving any type of refund for the services I did not receive as promised by Shellie because bottom line she lied and said the paperwork work is completed which you are contradicting by saying it can’t be completed without information or signatures from me and also nothing being filed. Again Shellie said the $750 covered the filing fee and completion of paperwork which neither was done. I never received any paperwork as promised by her nor did she file for me. But it’s okay. I am filing complaints with the BBB and the bar. And also in touch with legal representation about this. People need to know how she is conducting business ripping people off.

Lazy ,slow, does not return phone calls emails text messages or Facebook messaging from office or personal phone number, over 4 months with me nagging just to serve papers always got an excuse for someone else's case is more important ,assumed because I didn't respond to one email that I wasn't sincere about moving forward with motion to contempt on my case. $700 I paid you says I was ,i am, and will be ,did you forgot about that sincerity gesture

My family and I were well represented and taken care of throughout the entire process, from start to finish. We were thoroughly communicated with and did not have to lift a finger unless it was to sign. One of the most impressive highlights was Attorney Eddie’s integrity and honesty, which in-turn falls under the umbrella of Leadership. For example, at times during our hearing due to the lack of preparation on the opposite party’s side we could have taken the advantage to exaggerate our evidence seeing as we had the upper hand however Attorney Eddy remain professional and answered honestly and maintained integrity. Also, at no time did she make any negative or judgmental remarks regarding the other party. I perceive Attorney Eddie as a "Shark," she is quick to interject with her knowledge about the law and courtroom and she NEVER MISSED A BEAT!! I was impressed!! I give this firm 5 stars 🌟 and recommend them for your legal need!

My mother and I had her will done by this firm. Upon reviewing, we noticed that all the information submitted was incorrect. For example, all phone numbers were ones that none of us ever had, dates of birth were incorrect, and the property addresses were wrong. We paid over $800 for this service and would not recommend. Very unprofessional and too many errors were made, even when the correct information was given. They clearly do not proof read and I'm not sure why they thought to plug in false information or where they even got it from. We have since gotten all of this corrected by a professional service. Don't waste your time with this firm.

Shellie told me over the phone YESTERDAY that everything was ALREADY completed, that SHE had DID everything and filled in all the information, and she was emailing everything to me STILL even tho I had already did everything myself and filed MYSELF. YET your response below says "Please understand that portions of the paperwork required your personal input and could not be completed by the attorney" so which is it? It’s done or it wasn’t done? Lol and as of 250pm this afternoon I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THESE SO CALLED "ALREADY COMPLETED FORMS THAT SHELLIE PROMISED TO SEND SINCE SHE APPARENTLY HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE TIME TO DO IT AND DIDN’T WANT ME TO THINK I PAID HER FOR NOTHING". So again as I stated below, I paid you all $750 for nothing while Shellie herself said that the $750 was for completion of paperwork AND filing the paperwork. WHICH NEITHER WAS DONE. I asked for a refund MINUS payment for her time. Paperwork has not been completed, nor did she file anything. I didn’t even ask for a full refund I asked for $750 minus payment for her time SINCE SHE SAID the $750 covered paperwork being completed and filing fee. So if paperwork wasn’t completed, I was never sent anything to sign, never sent completed forms to be reviewed or sign NOR did she file anything then explain why I am not due at least a partial refund?? Just a rip off, wasted time and wasted money. THANKS for all your "help"
