Incompetent- That is the only word to describe Ryan Martinat. I am writing this because Ryan Martinat almost cost me the sale of my home due to him either being incompetent, lazy,  or both. He was to file a satisfaction of judgement in December 2017 to remove liens against my property. Now in 2020 I am trying to sell my home and liens are still there. The title company reached out to handle this easy matter and Ryan Martinat was no help and per the title company "one of the rudest lawyers I have ever dealt with". My wife called to try and get it handled and got hung up on. Ryan Martinat at Eismann Law Offices does not care about his clients or his ability to do his job correctly. I had to pay for a 2nd time to actually get this matter handled. I would recommend trying to do it yourself or hire a monkey before I would ever give Ryan Martinat a dime to handle any legal matter.

This firm doesn't offer free consultation to discuss an issue. Thanks goodness other firms do. Always "shop it" to find the best fit.
