Unfortunately, my experience with Orbit Law PLLC was disappointing due to repeated mistakes and negligence in handling my marriage-based immigration (I-130) case. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. They failed to submit my Civil Marriage Documents (Nikah Nama) to USCIS, which caused a 3-month delay. 2. Later, they again failed to submit the same documents to the NVC office, leading to an additional 4-month delay. These delays, compounded by COVID-related processing times, extended my immigration process by over two years, while cases filed later than mine were approved and sent to the NVC much earlier. When I raised concerns and pointed out their mistakes, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, displaying unprofessional behavior. My wife spent $5,000 for their services, but in hindsight, I could have filed online myself for far less and achieved better results. For instance, I filed my N-400 application independently and became a citizen in just five months. Overall, I do not recommend their services. My experience with Orbit Law PLLC was far from satisfactory, and I regret not handling the process on my own from the beginning.
