I had a terrible experience at this Lemon Law office in Long Beach. I stopped by to see if I could do a walk-in consultation to figure out what paperwork I’d need to bring, but the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. First of all, there’s no phone number displayed on the building, which makes it hard to contact them in the first place. When I finally got to the receptionist at the front door, she was rude, toxic, and aggressive. She repeatedly demanded, "Do you have your paperwork? Where is your paperwork?" It felt hostile and completely unnecessary, especially coming from someone who should be helping potential clients. Out of curiosity, I asked her if she liked working there or would recommend this Lemon Law office to her family or friends. Her dismissive response was, "Yeah, sure, whatever, just give them a call, not me." That really says a lot about the office’s culture and lack of professionalism. This place feels like it takes advantage of minorities, especially Latinos, because the paperwork is only in Spanish. That doesn’t make sense in a diverse neighborhood like Long Beach, which is predominantly English, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese-speaking. If you’re searching for a reliable Lemon Law attorney in Long Beach, avoid this place. The staff is unhelpful, and the environment is unwelcoming. Don’t waste your time—there are better options out there!

I was looking for a good company that will take care of my vehicle problems. I found this company and I was Very SATISFIED of the professional service they provided me. Their services were excellent and were with me from start to the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I utilized the services of this company and was very pleased with the service and outcome. Michael Yu handled my case- he was very pleasant and hard working. He always returned my calls and emails promptly and explained the process to me as we went along (sometimes even after hours). This was not an easy lemon law case- the car stopped running halfway through, there were rental fees involved, towing expenses etc but he sorted it all out. We just settled our case and I am very happy I chose Michael and his associates to represent me. Mariana, his assistant was great to work with also. HIGHLY recommend.

I have (unfortunately) used this company 2 times. I say unfortunately since having a potential lemon case on your hands is more tedious than fun. However, Consumer Legal Services have provided top notch service and more importantly they have won both of my lemon law cases. They keep you updated and informed throughout the full process. I recommend them highly and Charles who helped me has not let me down!

All i can say about this office is really how amazing they are!!! I had a lemon vehicle which was my 2018 Dodge Durango and I decided to search attorneys and i came across this office. I called them and immediately they decided to help when another office in LA on Wilshire decided to tell them that I didn’t have a case and reject my case. Everyone in the office was very helpful and honestly on it. I hired them in May and it was been resolved already. Charles was always on top of it and kept me in the loop. I want to thank attorney Charles and his assistant for the amazing job they did for me!! My truck has now been paid for and I’m going to be purchasing a new vehicle! I worked with Chris L. on my claim for a Chevrolet Bolt. I didn't want to deal with GM directly and found Lemonauto on Reddit from a referral. Chris was very informative and answered all my questions. The process took about 3 months and we reached a settlement. This was my first experience working with an attorney and it was a breeze. I discovered them from doing Lemon Law research. The first two Law Firms wouldn't even listen to my case when I told them which vehicle I owned because there was a Class Action Lawsuit against the manufacturer. When I called Consumer Legal Services, the Lawyer I spoke with listened to my inquiry and stated they could still pursue legal action in my behalf even with the Class Action Lawsuit. Long story short, I won my Lemon Law Claim and I felt the Lawyers handled my case so quickly.
