This firm gives off unwelcoming energy and I haven’t even met these people. I requested a consultation due to an issue I’m having with my landlord and just wanted advice on how to handle it before things went to court. Instead of them just telling me my case would be best suited for another firm they were emailing "Pass" back and forth and asking if they can just ignore the email completely. Like who does that? There are plenty of other firms in Milwaukee but I would not recommend one that poorly communicates that they cannot help you. Even a referral would have been nice to another firm that actually can help. It’s like they didn’t even want to be bothered with me. I only reached out because they were the first firm to pop up when I googled "housing Lawyer for tenants in Milwaukee" my mistake I guess. EDIT: I received a call from Attorney Christopher and he was AMAZING! While he couldn’t help he gave me a listening ear and even apologized for how the emails may have came off. He was patient and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend HIM. The others need to learn how to use outlook so potential clients aren’t reading emails that aren’t for their eyes. My attorney Chris had show nothing but professionalism but at the same time the pitbull I needed with handling and tackling issues head on while keep a cool calm demeanor in the process since the day I met him over a year ago when he was with the last law firm. Whatever you do, don’t do it. You’re better off representing yourself. The communication is horrible. It’s evident they don’t care about your case but only about the money. We had an agreed upon amount for them to send a LETTER and they upcharged us $3k for it when all was said and done. Asked for advice, didn’t get any. Didn’t negotiate for us. You’re 3000x better off doing this yourself than wasting your money them to "represent you."

Christopher Strohbehn is a great attorney. He answered my questions in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They got me a great settlement and were attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
