Ms. Ursula Walder was completely unprofessional. Her polite refusal to stay on the phone with me when CPS popped up at my home was the first clear sign she didn’t care. On our first call she read ALLEGATIONS from the petition and stated "CPS doesn’t need to prove it all". So if it didn’t matter then why read the ALLEGATIONS to me? Just to get me upset? She was screaming "stress" at whomever as we only 2 steps out the courtroom. It would’ve made sense to let me know that I’d have to testify instead of sending me on a emotional rollercoaster at 3 months postpartum. She really wasn’t proactive and that furthermore stressed me out. CPS email states that Ms. Ursula attempted to inform me via phone call that she stepped down as my attorney. I never received that phone call from her.
